Some days there will be difficult to maintain a positive attitude. For example if you heard that your loved one is ill, losing a your job or even the death of a loved one these events brings feelings of hurt, sadness , disappointment, anger, frustration and so on. You have to allow yourself to feel those emotions in order to heal. The Key to staying positive is the time period you take to bounce back up once you have allowed yourselves to go through the healing process.


Do not allow the pressures of life to push you down. Your life is not based on your circumstances but it is based on your choices. Make a decision to enjoy this day right now for ALL that it is because if you don’t there will always be something to keep you from being happy. Celebrate today and enjoy the simple things!


No matter what you circumstances are right now I know there is something for you to be happy about. Be happy on purpose. Today you are given another day to explore this magical world and receive all of the abundant blessings. Do not give away your joy. Just be happy where you are right now. Enjoy Life!


Do not wait for something to change in order to be happy. Make a conscious decision NOW to be happy despite your current situation. Declare that today you are going to have a great day no matter what.


The things that you fear the most will give you the greatest accomplishments once completed. Step out of your comfort zone, take chances and be unique. Do not die with your music still playing inside of you. Quit finding the flaws and start looking for the blessings.


If you were given six months to live what would you differently than you are doing now? You are not guaranteed tomorrow so make the most out of today. Stop complaining about what’s wrong and start finding a solution to what’s right. No one can help you unless you are willing to help yourself. You are a WARRIOR and you can fight any battle that comes your way.


The more authentic you are the greater connections you will have with yourself and others. Be true to yourself. Utilize your time on this planet to be all that God created you to be. You can choose to make your vacation here on earth a happy experience or a miserable one. The choice is yours! Make the most out of all the opportunities that comes your way.


You become what you believe. Program your mind for victory. Just be confident in YOU! Love and accept you for all that you are. Nobody is perfect. We all make mistakes. Forgive yourself and move forward. You already have everything you need to fulfill your destiny. Now it is up to you to believe in yourself and your dreams.


This present moment here and now is all that matters. Within this moment there is abundance of pure love and potential. Feel worthy of receiving all of the blessings that surrounds you. You are apart of this universe and not just a fragment. You are greater than you think. Believe you have the power within you to accomplish great things.

When you are going through a difficult time instead of feeling sorry for yourself and attracting more negative energy around you contribute to a cause greater than yourself. I guarantee you that your spirit will be uplifted and you will be in a better mood. Helping others gives you a sense of purpose, belonging, love and gratitude

At the beginning of this year I made it my mission to help others EVERY DAY for one full year. It has been only nine months since I started on this journey but this year so far has been one of the most fulfilling years of my life.

Magnify the good things in your life rather than focusing on the bad. Don’t go out looking for only the bad things, try switching your focus. There is always good in every situation. Open your heart and mind to accept all of God’s creations for whom and what they are.

Not all of your friends will celebrate your victory. Learn to bless your enemies. Let God fight your battles. Don’t waste your time and energy on bad things in your life. You are given challenges only to make you stronger because you are equipped with strength, courage, belief and faith to overcome any challenges that life throws at you. Keep being your very best at everything you do. When you keep showing up everyday and being your best someone is always taking notice.

I recently heard of this lady being bullied at work but no matter what her colleagues told her it never seem to dampen her spirit. She always had a smile and she did everything she was asked to do with a smile and never complained. She knew in her heart she was always showing up and giving her best. After having worked in this difficult environment for over seven years the CEO of the company came to her and asked if she would help out in a project that he was about to start. With great enthusiasm she accepted and to make a long story short she was promoted to being the manager of the people who ridiculed her for over seven years. Now she is their boss.

The Moral of this Story is when you are given a task do it to the best of your ability. Be confident in yourself enough that when others try to bring you down it will not dampen your spirit. Those who are trying to bring you down now will need you in the future. Do not let their negative comments hold you back from being your best because you have great things to offer the world.

Never let fear or anyone hold you back because you never know what God, the universe or higher power has waiting for you if you take that leap of faith.

As a child we are flooded with big goals, dreams and ideas we want to accomplish in life. Whatever happened to those big ideas we had as a child? Many of us have lost that spark and enthusiasm we had for life. Now is the time to rekindle that fire that was once burning inside of us.

Over the years disappointments and setbacks has held you back from making your dreams a reality. Now is the time to restore your faith in God and believe that you can accomplish anything you want in life. Many days we program ourselves to do the same thing over and over again without having that joy for life. We sometimes take life for granted by not living each day to the fullest. Wake up each morning with a purpose and a desire to live.

If you don’t have a purpose in life then you will quit producing and will eventually stop living. Are you living your life to the full potential that God has created for you?

I remembered after losing my vision I thought my life would never be the same again. Indeed, my life would never be the same again because now I'm living each day to the fullest. I don't take anything or anyone for granted. Now I have a purpose in life. I have been truly blessed. Through all of my setbacks in life I have always turned to God for guidance and most of all I stayed positive because I am a child of the creator of this universe and nothing is impossible for me to accomplish.

Day 13: Handling Criticism!

YAY!!! YOU HAVE MADE TO DAY 13!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! WOO HOO!!!! I am very proud of you for taking this leap of faith to create a positive shift in your life. WAY TO GO!!! You Deserve It!!!

When you’re rising to the top people just want to drag you down. You have something they want. They’re just jealous. Critics come out of the woodworks once you’re succeeding in life. Not everyone will celebrate your victory. A true friend will help you rise to the top and be sincere in celebrating your victory. Don’t let the negative comments hold you back because it’s not you; it’s inside of the person who’s making all of the confusion. Jealousy and anger will just hold them back from being a better person.

Always remember to celebrate other people’s victory because if you have the right attitude good things will also come your way. It might even be bigger and better. Nothing happens before it’s time. God is opening up new doors for you but all you have to do now is have faith. God will send along a test first to see if you’re ready by having the right attitude before he opens your grand door. People love making false accusations, just let them be because they’re only jealous. In front of your face they are your friends but behind your back they’re just cutting you down. It will only make you stronger by shaking off that negative comment and only focusing your time and energy on the positive. The way you overcome criticism is by not getting revengeful. Don’t stoop to their level. Don’t get defensive. Just shake it off and let it go. Don’t fight fire with fire!

We try to live our lives by pleasing everyone and want everyone to like us. However, not everyone is genuine. It is impossible for everyone to like you and accept you for who you are. Some people no matter what you do for them they will never be pleased with you. Throughout our lives we encounter many people and through the bond of love we build a connection. Some of us have the same friends throughout our lifetime and many have different friends throughout different stages in their lives. However, if you have a friend for a minute or a lifetime cherish that person for who they are and love them unconditionally.

Connect with the right people in your business and in your personal life. You will know whether a person is right for you because you will feel good being around that person.

Connect with like-minded people who share in your vision and also who will celebrate genuinely your victories.

Listen to the people you aspire to be like.

Surround yourself with people who will support, inspire and encourage you.

You probably heard the saying many times, “show me your friends and I’ll tell you who you are.” Your friends influence your life. If you are around someone who is cheerful and happy, most likely you will have a great deal of joy in your life. What have you learnt so Far???

Day 1: Believing in Yourself.

The first step to creating any change you want in your life is believing you have the power within you to make that change possible.

Day 2: Loving yourself.


I know this may sound very strange to love yourself but you must love yourself first before you can give others the permission to love you. You have to help yourself first before you can help others.

Day 3: Reprogramming your mind!

In order the reprogram your mind towards positive thinking you have to shift the way you look at things. Start by looking at the positive in every situation. At first it will be hard but if you stay consistent in looking for the good in every situation, then as time goes by you will notice that you mind will automatically shift towards finding the positive. By projecting positive thoughts you will attract positive people, circumstances and events in your life.

Day 4: Attitude of Gratitude!

Having an attitude of gratitude is the fastest way to feel positive, both emotionally and physically. When you begin to appreciate everything around you the world automatically seem to be a brighter place to be. The more you appreciate everything you have in your life right now, the more greater things to enter into you life.

Day 5: Dealing with Fear!

Fear can take over your life. Focus your energy on the positives in life. Fear plays tricks with your mind and makes you believe the worst is coming your way. In reality you are just attracting more negativity into your life by focusing your energy on fear. Fear can hold you back from accomplishing great things. Turn around the fears in your life to having faith and believing the best is yet to come. Fear is only what you tell your mind. Faith instills hope and fear brings negativity into. Having faith gives you reassurance that the impossible is possible. You can do anything you want once you stay in faith.

Day 6: Trust!

Trust that you are exactly where you are supposed to be. Your limitations are what you are telling yourself. Your thoughts are holding you back from being your very best. It is not too late to have the life that you want. The first step is accepting the fact that you are exactly where you need to be right now. Figure out what it is you want in your life and attach positive thoughts to it. Be clear about what it is you want.

Day 7: Self-esteem!

Self-esteem is the way you feel about yourself. When you feel good about yourself the world seems to be a brighter place and everything in your life feels wonderful. On the other hand, if you have negative feelings about yourself then everyday will be a challenge.

Day 8: Getting Motivated!

Many times we are flooded with brilliant ideas but just thinking about getting started is overwhelming. First, be clear about what it is you want to accomplish. Second, take baby steps in order to accomplish your task. Do not try to do everything at once because it will only overwhelm you. Take one step at a time.

Day 9: Doing small things in a great way!

When you feel discouraged put a smile on your face even if you have to pretend you are happy and leave the room. Go for a coffee break or for walk but get yourself away from the situation that has made you discouraged in the first place.

When we make others feel good about themselves it also makes us happy. Be willing to give others compliments, a hug or just a simple smile.

Day 10: Investing in YOU!

Many times we get caught up taking care of others and we forget to take care of ourselves. That is one of the biggest mistakes especially women make. We have to take care of ourselves first before we can help anyone else.

Everyday you are given a mission so be sure to do the daily work required in order to get the best results.

Many times we get caught up taking care of others and we forget to take care of ourselves. That is one of the biggest mistakes especially women make. We have to take care of ourselves first before we can help anyone else.

Inch by inch, minute by minute and day by day you have to invest time for yourself even if it is only for a few minutes.

When we take care of ourselves we can be our best when we taking care of others. Our cup needs to be filled up first before we can fill the cup of others.

Steps you can take NOW to fill up your cup!

Go for a long walk.

Spend time meditating in the mornings.

Have a facial or get your nails done.

Go to the movies.

Go out with friends.

Have a bubble bath.

Read a book.

Do something that you love and enjoy doing.

Even if you don’t have time for any of these things all you can is close your eyes and listen to the sound of your heartbeat because it is the most loving, fulfilling and wonderful feeling. It is feeling that brings you home to your heart.

Allow yourself to have everything that God wants and created for you have.

Have a sense of empowerment. Stand up and be confident in yourself. Be proud of yourself. Give others the opportunity to get to know the true you.

If you feel beautiful for who you are then you begin to radiate and attract people towards you. The more loving we are with ourselves the world seems much more brighter.

When you say you can’t do something you are basically saying you don’t know how to do it or you just don’t want to do it. If you don’t care to do something then you have to look at your attitude but if you feel strongly about not doing something then it is your value. Before you say you can’t do something the next time make sure you are paying attention to see whether it is your attitude or your value.

Many times throughout the day we get discouraged and it takes a lot of effort for us to get back motivated and up beat. So here what you can do; do small things in a great way!

When you feel discouraged put a smile on your face even if you have to pretend you are happy and leave the room. Go for a coffee break or for walk but get yourself away from the situation that has made you discouraged in the first place.

When we make others feel good about themselves it also makes us happy. Be willing to give others compliments, a hug or just a simple smile.

When you share love with the world, it rewards you far beyond your expectations. I strongly believe when you make one person smile you make the world smile.

14 Ways To Get Motivated!

Set Goals for yourself: short and long –term goals.

Go for a walk and look at the beauty that surrounds you.

Listen to your favorite song.

Laugh more.

Read inspirational stories of people making a difference.

Use positive affirmations.

Play Games.

Surround yourself with positive people.

Say “No” to the things you don’t want to do or don’t have the extra time to invest in new projects.

Pray.

Do not aim for perfection.

Do one thing at a time.

Call up a friend who can inspire you.

The root of the lack of motivation is that you are not confident in yourself. You have to be confident in yourself and the task that you are undertaking. In every task that you are undertaking make sure it has value and you believe in it.

I know personally some morning it takes me a bit longer to get myself motivated for my daily tasks. I spend more time meditating, listening to uplifting music and also I listen to motivational speakers as well. I do whatever it takes to get myself up and about to be the best you can be at everything I do.

As soon as doubt enters your mind you are blocking the flow of abundance into your life. Recognize what is causing the doubts and work through them.

I have learnt that I can not motivate others because motivation is action but I can inspire motivation. Through this 21 day journey I am inspiring you to be the best that you can be at everything you do. We are all humans and we make mistakes. Do not beat up yourself for making the wrong decisions; learn from each mistake and move forward. Our journey through life is a learning process and who you were yesterday you are not today and who are today is not going to be who you will be tomorrow.

Live a life of having faith instead of fear!

Fear can take over your life. Focus your energy on the positives in life. Fear plays tricks with your mind and makes you believe the worst is coming your way. In reality you are just attracting more negativity into your life by focusing your energy on fear. Fear can hold you back from accomplishing great things. Turn around the fears in your life to having faith and believing the best is yet to come. Fear is only what you tell your mind. Faith instills hope and fear brings negativity into. Having faith gives you reassurance that the impossible is possible. You can do anything you want once you stay in faith.

Recognize your fear. Fear is not what you taught it is. Your deepest fear is that you are powerful beyond measure and that frightens you.

You get comfortable where you are and you fear the unknown. If you think about it everyday you are faced with new fears but how you handle each fear is determined by the life you are living.

Have faith and believe all things are possible. Be true about you are telling yourself. Do not let your past determine your future. Step into your greater self and be willing to take risks! Step into your fear and know that you are worthy of everything that you have in your life right now and what’s coming to you.

Ask yourself, what would I do if I did not have fear?

Turn your fear into passion. Celebrate fear! Embrace fear because once you are steeping out of your comfort zone you will experience fear. Fear is an indication to let you know that you are expanding

Fear of failure makes you procrastinate about taking on new tasks.

Fear holds you back from living life and reaching your full potential. Everything happens for a reason. You have two choices, are you going to let your determine your life or are you going to live a life of victory? Everything you do is rooted in fear or love.

You are not alone. Do not seek validation from the outside world, the only validation you need comes from within you. Do not beat yourself up for making mistakes, learn from each mistake and move forward.

Surround yourself with positive people because they are contagious. Seeing people happy and living life to the fullest it makes you want what they have. The most profound way you can life a fulfilled life is just by being grateful for all of the abundant blessings you have in your life.

Day 2: Loving yourself.


I know this may sound very strange to love yourself but you must love yourself first before you can give others the permission to love you. You have to help yourself first before you can help others.

Before taking off to your destination on an aircraft the flight attendant always remind you that you must put on your oxygen mask first before helping others. This is a valuable life lesson because if you are not all that you can be, you cannot help others to be the best that they can be.

God created you with abundance of LOVE and you are GOD’S MASTERPIECE.
